Raising Money For Stars of Macleay Valley and Cancer Council

Alicia Fox, owner of Wildflower Portraits has accepted the challenge to be one of the Stars of Macleay Valley 2019. Alicia must raise at least $3000 for Cancer Council NSW and learn a dance routine to be performed in a duo at the Stars of Macleay Valley Gala Evening at Kempsey RSL on 30 March, 2019.

What your Mini Session includes

  • A (20) minute photo session
  • 3 fully processed, ready to print digital images
  • A private client site where your digital images can be viewed and downloaded
  • A positive feeling knowing you’ve helped people in the Macleay Valley who are suffering from Cancer, and their families.

What your session doesn’t include

  • Prints or products, which can be added on after your session if you wish.
  • Extensive retouching or editing, however this can be purchased as an additional add on.
  • Props, clothing or styling

What is a Mini Session?

A mini session is a condensed photo shoot, perfect for when you are hoping for a few specific captures. These sessions are ideal for those on a budget but who still want a Wildflower Portraits experience. This includes (but is not limited to)

  • Families
  • Entrepreneurs and Professionals
  • Aspiring models
  • Couples


The setting for this session will be studio style, with a white background as in the example photos on this page. The location is The Slim Dusty Centre at 290 Macleay Valley Way, South Kempsey.


The date of the Mini Sessions is Saturday 2 March, in the afternoon. If you have any time restrictions please let us know in the comments section of the form and we will do our best to accommodate you. Time preference will be given on a first come first served basis.


Our mini sessions are booked back to back. It is important that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time so that we can spend the full amount of allotted time with you. Late arrivals will receive the remaining time in their session, and arrivals over 20 minutes late will forfeit their session and deposit (exception made for emergencies!).

How to book

To book one of our limited edition Mini Sessions complete the online form at the bottom of this page. You will then receive an email confirmation within approximately 24 hours, including payment details.


Because Mini Sessions are available on a limited basis, all Mini Session bookings are final and non-refundable. The fee of $125 must be paid upfront and your booking is secured only once we have received the payment. They cannot be rescheduled to a new date or time. If you are unable to attend your Mini Session, however, you are welcome to gift or re-sell it to a friend or family member.
